Hospital Building

We love our building!  When we were scouting a location back in 1990 for our new veterinary hospital we practically stumbled upon it.  Built in the late 1890’s east of downtown this house had been obscured from view for years by overgrown trees.  It materialized just in time, and we knew it was just perfect.  While their pets receive skilled and caring veterinary care, our clients also experience great customer service in a charming and enjoyable setting.

We have adequate parking in both the front and rear of our building, along with wheelchair access.  Please let us know ahead of time if you need assistance.  We are happy to come out to help you with your pet, or carry a bag of food to your car.

Reception Desk

Our team will warmly greet you and your pet.  We appreciate that you have chosen us to be your veterinary hospital, and will do our best to exceed your expectations. Please let us know how we are doing.

Reception Area

We have a bright and comfortable reception area.  Our entire team makes every effort to keep our appointments running on time.

Laboratory & Pharmacy

Our laboratory includes state-of-the-art equipment allowing us to perform in-house tests quickly.

We have a fully stocked pharmacy allowing us to fill most of our client’s prescriptions during their visit.

Treatment Room

One of our most active areas, our treatment room is used for dentistry, surgical preparation, phlebotomy (blood draw) and minor procedures.

Radiology Area

Our radiology room includes this area where our patients are positioned for x-rays.  We use state-of-the-art digital radiography, results easily shared with our clients.

Surgery

Our surgery includes leading-edge monitoring (ECG, respiration, pulse oximetry, blood pressure and body temperature).

Our practice believes in your pet’s safety and comfort.  We routinely administer pain medication during and after surgeries, and all anesthetized patients are protected from loss of body heat (Bair Hugger warming unit) during procedures.

Ward

Our hospitalized patients have restful areas to recuperate.
